We went from a agency that wouldn’t reply to emails or phone calls to EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE. The follow up care has been amazing as well. This office doesn’t make your policies and forget their customers. Cara responds to any questions we have and have made the change to this State Farm office painless. I can’t say that for the office we left on Park Avenue. We are extremely SATISFIED!"
